Workshops

Our portfolio of workshops offer intensive and practical courses on a number of subjects, at superb training facilities across the UK.

Aimed at participants in any form of project, from senior management sponsors to Project Managers and beyond to project team members, our workshops are interactive and designed to help you gain an understanding of the benefits of following our structured methodologies.

We put people at the centre of our thinking, as managing projects and introducing change can be as much or more about managing people as about creating and following a task list.

Attend your choice of Project Management, Learner-Centred Process Review, Risk Management and Change Management, or bring them in-house to build capacity and shared understanding. In-house workshops can sometimes be tailored to your specific needs, simply by using your own project as the basis for activities. For more information including costs, please contact us.

The fifth project-related course is Managing Multiple Projects in a Complex Environment. Aimed at management from middle management to executive level, this workshop takes a look at the strategic deployment of activity on projects - how potential projects are evaluated and selected and how to ensure that benefits are realised once projects come to an end. It covers the Portfolio and Programme Management spheres of activity and the roles of steering board members and supporting programme offices.

The five workshops can be undertaken as a series, to enable an institution-wide approach to selecting and managing projects, whilst ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and supported during transitions from one way of working to another, in order that end benefits have as great an impact as possible.
